I’ve tried buying shoes here a couple of times now, and somehow my size was gone both times. The site itself seems fine, I guess, but the size selection feels limited. Maybe I just had bad timing, but it definitely seemed like the sizes I needed weren’t available.

It wasn’t a bad experience or anything... just average overall. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine, but I was hoping it would arrive a bit sooner.

They do have some solid basketball brands, and I did find a few things I liked. But while I was browsing, I kept thinking, “Okay, this is nice… but where are the other sizes?” Some models I was hoping to check out just weren’t there either. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just expected a bit more variety

"Helpful only when they feel like it"
I went in with a few basic questions about shoes and sizing, but the staff seemed kind of lost. It felt like getting help there works when it wants to, if you catch the right person maybe it's fine, but I definitely didn't. I left feeling like I wasted my time.

My order showed up on time, which was great, but the packaging was just kind of meh. One corner of the box was a little banged up, and there really wasn’t much padding inside — that part was weird. Luckily the shoes were totally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Still, I expected them to be packed a bit more securely. Overall it was okay, just not great.
